Meet Dr. Alexandra Quinn

Dr. Quinn's Approach
Dr. Alexandra Quinn is a board-certified naturopathic doctor serving patients both remotely and in-person in the Western Twin Cities.
She blends evidence-based medicine with a holistic understanding of health and healing.
Her approach integrates both conventional and integrative diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, grounded in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal and restore harmony when obstacles are identified and the right support is provided.
For this reason, she does not refer to herself as a healer, but as its facilitator.
Background
Dr. Quinn's Story
Drawing from her own frustrating and isolating experiences with “mystery” chronic health issues, Dr Quinn will always listen, compassionately hold space for, and provide unwavering validation and support for patients’ experiences, and has a knack for connecting the dots to help explain and address these conditions from a trauma-informed lens.
She brings a diverse background of education, training, and clinical experience to her practice; she has published multiple peer-reviewed case reports on complex medical conditions and has completed a specialty mentorship program in functional gastroenterology.
Over time, she has cultivated a passion for helping patients with endocrine conditions, women’s health concerns, gastrointestinal disorders, and complex, chronic illness, including mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). She is particularly attentive to the interplay between body systems and symptoms, emphasizing a root-cause approach that includes the often-overlooked influences of the nervous system and the environment.
Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Quinn enjoys embodying the principles she most advocates for in her patients: spending as much time as possible in nature, walking, biking, dancing, grounding, as well as precious time with her family. Originally from Excelsior, Dr. Quinn is thrilled to return to her hometown and bring naturopathic medicine to it.
